Why are they bringing mysteries over mysteries? We need to start having some answers atleast? What was the point of Tabitha getting out of town only to to get back there? Was it only to meet Victor’s dad? This show is great but they are just layering with mysteries without giving us any meaning.

I like the one episode a week as it's something to look forward to. However I hope the show doesn't go down the time travel route like lost now seems cheesy to do that.

the hospital is killing and sacrificing children and victor’s dad sold his wife and
kids to the hospital. that’s why the town thinks he did it.
this is like the truman show . they are always being watched .

You know what I like about the show is how every character is basically an NPC, not some destined heroes who struggle but conveniently find a way to defeat ancient evil.
Everything that can go wrong will go wrong. It is like every character is failing every single charisma check in a game. We have seen these situations a hundred times at this point, usually the plot somehow finds a way to push them onwards. "Somehow Palpatine returned" that kind of BS. This show gives us failure after failure. Exactly like normal people would react in this situation.

Good grief. The amount of impatient and entitled kids in this comment section is ridiculous lol.
The week-to-week releases are part of what makes a show like this so damn good. It gives time to build the hype and suspense. It drives discussion, theory-crafting, etc. The whole community following this show exists purely because there's been so much time to discuss it.

If everyone binged this on a Saturday, no one would talk about it. It'd be a footnote in a watched-list of shows people would loosely remember as "ah, yeah it was decent"
