ОтветитьI feel I fucked up on the superman, my back was hurting a bit. also the side plank stuff. But the very first workout really burned my abs, I liked that feeling.

Ответить1 year ago i trained almost everyday and now after a long recuperation periode im starting to get back in shape and I can say that this is 1 of the hardest yet possible abs excercises I have ever done. ( sorry for the english im no native english speaker)

ОтветитьThis works nice immediately after the lower body workout. Boat was very challenging as my legs are heavily fatigued already. Overall I rate ur channel very highly and would recommend too others.
