Ответитьomg! I used to be able to do middle spilts when I was in primary school but haven't been able to for yearss. This is the only video that didn't demotivate me and got me to do them in 2 days!!!!!!!!!

ОтветитьI started dancing at 17 and tried to achieve the splits. Almost got one but kept injuring my leg because I was desperate to catch up, even a little. Then I stopped dancing when I got married and got pregnant. So now about three-ish years later I'm six months along with my second amd started this up again with the goal of just doing it to slowly regain some of my flexibility. And I'm already seeing some results a consistent week later. Nothing dramatic, but it feels great!
