ОтветитьAnother super insightful video. Thank you Jeremy!
Ответить+
ОтветитьWould be great if you could add references to the materials that you used to prepare your videos. Seems like you take a lot of time to prepare and give accurate information.
Ответитьis the ccnp encor course finished?
Ответитьi dont think mtu are mentioned and mss on the current ccnp exam topics?
Has it been updated or am i missing something?
Thank you!!!
ОтветитьOutstanding thanks 🙏
ОтветитьBig thanks!
ОтветитьHello Jeremy, is this the complete CCNP Encore? coz i have finished the CCNA and waiting for the exam in May. Now i am just doing some labs, but after that i would like to move ahead with CCNP Encore.
Ответитьthank you for your great job
ОтветитьNice! thanks Jeremy!
ОтветитьIm enlightened. Thanks.
ОтветитьHappy to land here while searching for MTU. Really appreciate Quiz section. Thank you for all the efforts! :)
ОтветитьI noticed the MTU for a loopback interface on a router in PT is 1514. Does anyone know why this is or is it just a packet tracer error?
ОтветитьIs it correct to say that if a packet exceeds the IP MTU, it will be fragmented (if possible) to avoid exceeding the Ethernet MTU (which it cannot be higher than) as this would result in the frame being dropped?
ОтветитьLooks good. Will the CCNP course be complete soon?
ОтветитьGreat videos! I recently passed my CCNA exam! Jeremy have you considered doing CCNP Security videos?
ОтветитьGood stuff, thanks
ОтветитьThis ENCOR is old syllabus.
86% of the material you cover is no longer useful in future networking.
Great video Jeremy
😃
Excellent explanation sir 😊
Ответитьif a frame is fragmented by the tunnel, then how it is done? the CPU will break up the frame into 1476 and 24 and transport over the tunnel?
ОтветитьThe only downside to now having my CCNA is that nobody else teaches as well as Jeremy, and the CCNP course is far from complete :D. IDK what to study now! Thank you for all you do Jeremy :)
ОтветитьGOAT of CCNP
ОтветитьThanks a lot to understand this mtu currently was doing about jumbo frame for AV over IP
ОтветитьOne big thing to remember: Some networking hardware will fragment tunneled packets even if those packets have the DF bit set, so long as the packets aren't larger than the physical MTU, because many such devices don't keep the idea of tunnel MTU in mind :( Meraki is one such example.
On a related note, actual tunnel-encapsulated traffic often DOESN'T have the df bit set, but will fail to be decapsulated in the event that the tunnel packets are fragmented. One example of this is the Sonicwall GlobalVPN client, which does NOT perform path MTU discovery :(
You are just awesome!! Great lucid explaination!!!
ОтветитьHi Jeremy, an 1600 bytes MTU is considered Baby Giant or Jumbo frames?
ОтветитьHi Jeremy, Happy new year..Thanks for such wonderful content. Just curious to know if you are following the syllabus as per cisco site or having your own set of schedule to complete this.
ОтветитьTHANK YOU
ОтветитьHey bro,
Why do packets need to be fragmented?
Dear Jermy, you're an amazing teacher; Please prepare more ccnp videos included in 350-401 and provide us!
ОтветитьAfter this course we need kali linux course.
🙏
as usual full of information...well explained!
ОтветитьThanks sir for the video
ОтветитьHello Jeremy I am seeing that the videos you are uploading are not the ones covered on the exam guide.
ОтветитьGreat explanation abaut MTU with GRE tunnels :)
ОтветитьQuestion 2 in the quizz is asked in a clumsy way. It took me a while to work out the question.
Better would be:
Whic (2) answers below are benfits or disadvantages of using Jumbo Frames.
Top notch video as always,
👍👍👍
ОтветитьI'm so desperate for your new video release comes up with new knowledge & skill. Sir much more respect and love
ОтветитьExcellent explanation of MTU. Well done and thank you!!!
ОтветитьPassed my CCNA Thanks to you and Neil. Coming for my CCNP. Any job role/ path recommendations?
ОтветитьA Huge Happy new year to u Jeremy´s ITlab team, and hope everything is well. With this new changes in Cisco Certification, is there any constraints with our stadies?
Ответить
