Please do one about in law relationships. I am struggling with my relationship with my in laws particularly my mother in law. I recognize that there’s work to be done; I also wonder if this has any rooted connection with my own relationship with my own parents.. I’m trying to understand where this feeling is coming from.

I mean this in a mostly lighthearted way but am I the only one who absolutely dreaded the word "disappointed" growing up? Like when I made a mistake part of me was just like "yell at me! Tell me you hate me! Tell me I'm worthless and ill never amount to anything!" But instead my parents just haaaaad to use the line "im not mad, I'm just disappointed." Like AH! WHY?!?! lol
