Cooked this last night. Didn’t have quite the right ingredients so I had to improvise. Despite this, it was absolutely delicious. That sauce was to die for!

By adding corn starch, it seems bad option

OMG ! First time I observed so many ingredients. Is it necessary? So many sauces. Funny thing is that we have to eat fish separately and capsicum separately. Capsicum will have different taste which spoils the taste of fish.

I think that Bumbi is showing us very good and efficient torture techniques ! You watch me cook, but you won't eat, unless you tell the truth !😅😅😅 I love ginger, the problem is peeling them. And garlic hmm ! I have a few questions : I have soya sauce, ( kikkoman brand) but can I use Worcestershire sauce instead ? Is trout ok ? Will any kind of chillies do ? Another delicious recipe, I would never have created anything like this under my own steam. I used some leftover haddock and it was firm and delicious. I almost fall asleep listening to Bumbis lovely voice. 😂
