This was beautifully done. Stan’s mention of Chuck’s death and his mention of Jimmy’s “crook” like tendencies being in his genes is really good! But I also really liked Saul’s entire thing with Susan. Shit was gas.

I also really liked his confession at the end! I think it’s a tie but if I had to choose one I’d go with Stan, that Chuck bar was too fire. (Literally)

I think this battle is bias because Better Call Saul has a lot more emotional points layed out for Grunkle than Gravity Falls could allow. Grunkle Stan has better bars but I think Saul has a better flow and really makes the song great apposed to Stan. But battle wise Grunkle Stan has to win.

That line about running his business without help from his grandkids is comically incorrect. Way to miss the previous 30 years, Goodman.

I just love how that when Stan says "you fit the bill", the "bill" flashes around into dozens of anagrams just like how Bill Cipher flashes around into dozens of appearances when saying that reversed message.

This one was fucking close. Stan definitely had me for both of his verses, but especially the first. Both characters had a great flow, and it's always a delight to see (well, hear) Freeced in anything. But I think I actually gotta give the win to Saul. Those last two lines just burst my heart right open, they actually hurt. Everything else was, clever and made me chuckle. But nothing in this battle hurt like "You took your brother's life, in more ways then one, [...] now your relationships have sailed, unlike the Stan'O'War".

Stan and Saul were both spot on though. I only just started watching Breaking Bad and actually was introduced to Saul literally the day before seeing this, but goddamn everyone went hard. I'm definitely watching again after I finish the series just to see how much more from Saul I can spot.
But characterization was fantastic. Stan won because he held nothing back and was savage while Saul failed by trying to take the high ground and not being as cutthroat. Overall fantastic work!

i also like how saul's visuals start glitching near the end, a very good nod to his show's intro quality deteriorating over the seasons due to the tape being played over and over again to the point that it starts to fray
