Sal is very wise!!
ОтветитьI lost all respect for the guy when he says he reads Zero Hedge… LOL! My rule of investing: if a person can’t understand what reality is, I would never ever give him one penny of my money!!! Also, this was 3 years ago and he said interest rates will never ever go up… LOL! See? See what happens when you don’t know what reality is?? 🤮
ОтветитьCan you elaborate on the put option part?
ОтветитьNice interview, but you kept the poor guy in the heat for far too long. Would have been much better if you would have just shown a separate walk through.
ОтветитьThanks for this conversation guys. I’m preparing to get into my first commercial real estate project and am just learning as much as possible. This is super helpful!
ОтветитьAwesome interview! Very thorough question & answers. Candid, informative and practical!!
ОтветитьHoly hell this guy knows his shit. Literally the person I aspire to be.
ОтветитьReal goat 🐐
ОтветитьI'd be interested in hearing about he got his initial funding
ОтветитьThe best investment/ real estate business video I've watched so far. I've taken two pages of notes and will be going back over them to get a deeper understanding of these strategies and terms.
ОтветитьI'd like to do this on a much smaller level. How do you get started? I reached out to my local municipality to inquire on how to acquire one of the many rundown buildings in the area. I presented myself as a "developer " and was somewhat laughed out the door so to speak. Is this something that can be done on a small scale or is this for high rollers and big movers and shakers?
ОтветитьGreat advice. I lol'd about his comment about interest rates .
ОтветитьExpAnsive! ... Brp Brp!!!
Ответитьwow, so much insight on how it is to be in the industry.
ОтветитьDo warehouses do well during stagflation?
Would you buy a 9 cap several months before a 5 yr renewal?
where would u even start to become a developer
ОтветитьI want to build a fly in airpark community.
ОтветитьWell that's stupid. What's the point of working 80-90 hours a week if you can't enjoy the fruits of your labor i.e. spend your earnings on things you like? Might as well work a regular 9-5 and forget legacy since the grandkids will end up broke anyway. Nah, that advice is rubbish nonsense. It's the things that get me up early in the morning and motivate me to work 80 hours a week. To hell with what anyone else think's I'm getting my dream Lambo and driving it till the wheels fall off.
ОтветитьLMAOOO this guy is gold
ОтветитьInterview John Mcnellis
ОтветитьHes an Ivy leaguer them are the ones who reach the 1%.
ОтветитьThis dude is a brain 🧠 great interview that's for sure.
ОтветитьThem 805 are terrible beers , taste like rotten bad coffee
ОтветитьSeveral thoughts on this video
1. His current project seems like a winner- commercial/industrial space in Las Vegas.
2. It looks bad if this guy is not investing his own money in all of his deals when he is raising funds. Did he really say that he is investing his mothers (living in a nursing home) and his late brothers money?
3. This guy is a bit too obnoxious and not really likeable. He talks too much. I am not sure how much I would trust him.
Did this interviewer get a word in during this interview? As the interviewer you need to take control and ask very specific questions. Just don't let you guest give a marketing promotion of how smart/wonderful they are.
ОтветитьSo basically, unless you have wealthy parents, worked on Wall Street, or have years of operating experience then there is no way to start working as a developer??
ОтветитьHow would you suggest someone get started, who would like to organize, design, and convert rural land to a subdivision? I'm a licensed civil engineer, but I'm interested in designing a small subdivision, and organizing the rezoning, its design, and infrastructure (road, drainage, water, sewer) construction myself. Or, how could I structure loans, and find capital for just converting the zoning, and handing the design over to a builder? Thank you!
ОтветитьWhat happens when we break up and how long will be be married for .. such important questions to ask in a partnership
ОтветитьGreat Podcast , you can learn so much from this conversion. More info then going to a college course.
ОтветитьWatching again before I meet with my mentor so that I have fresh ideas to discuss 👌🏼👍🏼🔥
ОтветитьAmazing video! The knowledge in here is immense
ОтветитьWhat kind of car does he drive? lol. Talks about cherry red Porsches, and Bentleys but doesn’t say what he drives other than a 2-door coupe. I have to know?
Ответитьassets have a risk rating by credit rating companies for those investors looking to preserve there capital meaning maintain it's market value upon the future sale decades later they are reliant upon certain factors
ОтветитьI wanted my land to be sold is a very good location
