Hello doctor I have been dealing with this for years and I love going to the gym. After the surgery will I still be able to left some weight and run? Will I still be able to go to the GYM?

I have a friend with overpronation and I feel like his is very severe as it makes it really painful for him to walk and it gave him lower back and neck problems. We’ve contacted doctors in our areas but they’re really incompetent when it comes to believing him about having overpronation. It’s to the point where he has given up hope for any treatment and is just willing to endure the pain. Is there any way for us to reach out for a consultation?

I have been dealing with the same thing for about 11-10 years , the doctors always tell me the same thing , PT and shoe insoles , this causes me back pain , hip pain , knee pain and ankle pain. I really wish I could get this done so I can walk normally
