I've heard that roasting your own coffee seeds and using within a 24 hour period is supposedly showing incredible health results. When coffee is processed and shipped around the world, after a few day's time it loses its health benefits. Again I have nothing to back this up and just wondering what others know about this?

I love this talk, but would just like to inform that it is an old misconception that blood is blue when it is deoxygenated. Blood is always red. Veins look blue because of the the way light is absorbed and reflected in the skin; they are actually also red.
Deoxygenated blood can be of a darker red or maroon color, but never blue.

Type 1 diabetes is inherited type 2 is acquired. Environment can affect genetics but not over four generations to thie extent you implied. Type 1 diabetes is a killer, infant mortality rates were higher 120 years ago despite sugar consumption being lower.
