ОтветитьHallo, I’ve been doing these exercises for about two weeks and I’m satisfied with them, l have problems with both my knees due to arthritis and bone on bone knees, but although l have these problems l do all the exercise and l must admit l feel much better and more flexible, thank you for loving attention to senior citizens, l have shared this video with my friend who is also a senior citizen. Thank you.

ОтветитьI have had ankle surgery and not allowed to stretch my ankle at all while it is healing. I enjoy this exercise video. I would like to see this exercise routing with a more intermediate level, but still not weight bearing.

ОтветитьHi Mke - I'm Back!! My daughter moved me to Texas from Tennessee two years ago and I am sorry to say, with the move I quit doing my exercies with you. My COPD has progressed along with muscle loss - so I knew where to come to get the exercise I need for help and hopefully will improve my shortness of breath. I will start back with the 30 min/ or combinations of 30 and hope to build up to this one for 55 minutes. Looking forward to seeing you five days a week!! Thanking you in advance!

Really enjoy the video I did join in today for the first time today I did it all but one of the exercises. I really need to lose my weight. I’m weighing 206lb, I like to lose 50lb.that’s my goal. But I take anything but where I am at. I’m dibeatic and everything else.
