Is there anyway to keep photo albums the same way as it remains on your Android phone? Because when I transfer it just sends everything into the photo app but without my albums

When I deleted something from my tablet it erased that from my iPad I didn’t want to lose. that information but it’s gone now don’t know if I can use my phone number on iPad for my cell phone which is apple now so confusing,,,,

HELP!!! The move to iOS app wifi doesn’t show up on my mother’s new iPhone for me to connect it, but for some reason it shows up on her old android. They said in order to transfer her data from the android to the iPhone, they both have to be connected to the same wifi, but the wifi isn’t showing in her wifi settings for me to connect to it on her new iPhone.
