I agree with you who said this music lets you be in a middle space-not super happy, not super low, just in between. I live at the beach and it is so nice on a Sunday morning to just watch the water, the birds, and the greenery. I keep getting up to do chores, and then lie back down on the bed with my dogs to chill. Let the laundry wait....

I listened to this playlist when it first came out. It was a strange time for me: of elaborate hot chocolate, disapproving grandmothers, a six pack & a planner slowly running out of activities in the pages. But it was a time brimming with possibility and new beginnings, and about to turn tragic as hindsight would have it. This playlist reappeared for me now in 2022 and hearing it is more than a little bittersweet. It still remains a calming and joyful collection of sounds <3
