Wow
ОтветитьMy next car 💯
ОтветитьWhere's the reboot retro version of the original F1
Ответить“Ah, the British”
Pretty sure Bruce McLaren was from New Zealand.
He’s a kiwi, not a pommie.
And now it costs $95,000. Depreciated $45k in 6 years
Ответитьmclaren named this car like its f1 cars
ОтветитьUnder 90k now
ОтветитьYou pop open the door and you unfold out of the car...
ОтветитьThe ironic thing is while American's think British cars are unreliable, the British think American cars are just plain rubbish - with old technology, poor quality and cheap materials. In the last 25 years Cadillac has tried to launch 4 times in the UK, each time it's failed, they have now given up. Chevy is doing the same again now with latest C8, they are selling a right-hand drive version here but again the sales are microscopic.
ОтветитьWhy does Doug think MP4 sounds like a DVD player😂 should've said an SMG
ОтветитьDoug DeMuro "Mclaren are just a start up"
Bruce McLaren "And I took that personally"
Sounds just like a formula 1 race car!
Ответитьnow a 550s is the same price
ОтветитьIt's got a Nissan motor so it should be fine
Ответить"only 140 thousand dollars"
ОтветитьAnd the mclaren symbol is a kiwi
ОтветитьStill a good looking car.
ОтветитьThese were the Doug golden days. Damn I miss this content
Ответить105k now
ОтветитьWhat’s the Doug score?
ОтветитьThese cars are still affordable, and with very simple modifications, they are absurdly fast. 0-60 in the mid 2s, running the 1/4 mile in mid 9s, top speeds of 215-220mph, very good handling, and out on the highway they get 25+ mpg lol
They aren't known for being super reliable, and are very expensive to service though.
Jr go just got one in 2022 for 78k
ОтветитьAs someone who is 5’10 and not 6ft+, getting in and out isn’t that bad
Ответить❤️I am going to buy this car ❤️
ОтветитьDoug really should do a 12c again or a 12c Spyder, this is old. He didn’t even open the frunk or show the signals.
ОтветитьMy favorite car of all time.
ОтветитьYooo you missing thissssssssaa😂😂😂😂😂
ОтветитьSpoiler: It is.
Ответить👍🏽
ОтветитьMP originally stood for Marlboro Project. The original MP F1 cars, were sponsored by Marlboro. Later, it was changed to McLaren Project.
ОтветитьIs this as same 570s engine ?
ОтветитьHow many times have you been stopped by the fuzz while shooting a review video?
ОтветитьLMFAO @ him getting in and out
ОтветитьMcLaren like a startup? That’s just so wrong to say.. they have a rich history
ОтветитьLove this design
ОтветитьWow
ОтветитьA 12c is for sale for under $100,000 I’m very tempted
ОтветитьMONEY PIT
ОтветитьI love this car so much. In my opinion easily the best looking McLaren other than the F1.
ОтветитьThis is the first “sports car” I can remember wanting to buy. I’m gonna get this later in my life.
ОтветитьThey seem to have settled in around $120K four years later, so the rate of depreciation certainly decreased.
ОтветитьThis is my dream car I really want one!
ОтветитьI want one of these more than ANY new MCL
ОтветитьDoug walking his dog in the park
Girl: Aw so cute can i pet him?
Doug: Sure, but before I let you pet him I'm going to go over his quirks and features.
1. McLaren named this car 4-12 just like it used to name it’s Formula 1 cars since early 80’s. As an example, the McLaren Ayrton Senna used to drive was called 4/4 and 4/5
2. Doug calls McLaren a small startup... that’s really funny. McLaren is one of the most successful Formula 1 teams in the world with a 50+ year legacy in racing. It ain’t no startup
3. The clutch is working great? Haha, sure it is. It’s a Formula 1 team with huuuge experience in creating world’s best Clutch systems.
4. McLaren could never beat Ferrari? It did, many time on the course of 40 years in Formula 1.
It’s a racing team that produces road cars to make some money people. They know exactly how to maka a fast sports car
BRITISH BOYS IT COST 59K IN UK THATS A SUPERCAR BARGAIN !!!!
