"Unwavering Condition" seems broken on Dusa or TB. They have low HP anyways and have means for physical (barrier and high armor, respectively) and if someone goes Revenants Broach they do almost nothing.

i buy eternal shroud on any spellcaster that is countered by blademail before this patch. especially on jakiro, it made you survive almost every fight and then having mana for the next fight immediately. losing the hp regen will suck for me tho.
