Sugar (whatever colour) and modern wheat (white or brown), most cereals/grains are not advisable for anyone's diet, trying to conceive or not.

Most of the other recommended foods are great for everyone and they should be incorporated into everyone's diet.

I went on a avocado smoothie diet I was on it for 3 months maybe prior and when me and bf weren’t trying i got pregnant in two months but ended in m/c for me because I had untreated hypothyroidism and other complications 😢
