My grandma had that VHS slipcase when I was a kid. When I saw the cover, I thought "what is this movie?" I really liked the movie as a kid and it wouldn't be years later until I read the actual Book 'The Neverending Story'. Have you read the book, Joe? I recommend it, there was a lot more details and characters in the book the movie left out, its a completely different experience.

By the way, which video has the commentary of yours and Jason's watching the film?

I saw this in the cinema when it came out so this movie means a lot to me. I can never forget it, that period of time, how it felt and how it sounded like, that song from Limahl sure became a big hit. A wonderful movie from a wonderful time!

Wow 9 copies of Never Ending Story! It must be a childhood favorite for sure. It's so neat that you have all those version especially that "padlock" looking case it's unique it think I've only seen one other movie released like that but don't remember the title. I love that I have all of these...well I dont have the weird case with the handle. One of my all time favorites. I randomly get the theme stuck in my head.

Awesome collection! This is one of my favorite fantasy films and it holds a lot of nostalgia for me. In my opinion, all the effects in this movie are still top notch almost 40 years later. CGI be damned, lol!
