Can you please go into detail about panel making process As in depth as you can? Im trying to figure out this part of the process and its hindered me. My story is ready to go but im not sure. I can see panels clear as day in my head but how do I draw what i want without feeling boxed in LITERALLY.

What was used for the underdrawing ? Just curious to use something that doesn’t cause inking issues when overlaying it.

I have a noob question.. How did you get the artwork printed in blue? I think its called a panel.. I see some panels that have writing on them like there professional panels from a comic book company. I just don't know how to get these panels. Do people sell them. Do you go into photoshop and turn it blue then print it out? What's up with the blue panels? How do I get my hands on one so I can ink something???

I'm watching this in 2023 and funny enough I'm finally graduating 3 years after the actual year I was supposed to. The Pentel brush you're using -- did you simply remove the ink cartridge from it, or is that a different Pentel brush pen?

Do you dilute your speedball with water? Also is the aqaush brush filled with water or is it empty?

You inked that on standard printer paper?? Each time i try to ink on standard printer paper the ink (micron pens) splatters instead of staying solid.

Or he could use tracing paper to ink.

Great video. It never dawned on me to use an Aqua brush without filling up the reservoir. I always loved their concept but like you said, I could never control the ink flow. Thanks for the great video!

I use a thicker paper than this---Works better.

You should talk more about HOW you establish where the light AND
heavy inking is to take place. And, the preparation in the drawing
itself, BEFORE you start inking.

As for the top of the lips, I prefer lighter, thinner lines; this provides,
not only a 'break' from all those thicker lines, but a bit more realism.
Even a 'Broken line' works great for the lips.
