mouse is okay for hard surface in zbrush
ОтветитьWhen is the next challenge? I love these so much
ОтветитьMeaning that we can have a good sculp even with mouse.
ОтветитьThese challenges are great: not only is it fun seeing skilled artists create sculpts that look at least a little off (finally, something here I can relate to), but I suppose it also demonstrates the importance of the principles you teach about, like having the right tools and references. It's close, but I think Henning deserves the tiara this time.
ОтветитьNo way I just commented on the last video saying it looked like Edward 😂
ОтветитьI think Henning deserves the tiara!
ОтветитьHey guys...please do more of these! It's a great concept and very fun to watch. Not just the end results, but more how the both of you approach the challenge, your solutions, and how you work around the limitations. VERY FUN STUFF! Having said all that...I MUST vote Henning! ;)
Ответитьsorry morten jaeger. I'm agree with other sculptors, it's hard to know the best sculpting but henning go damn fast each time
ОтветитьI always start with the mouse, and when I get into the high details, I use the tablet. I get great results, and I am not even half as talented as these guys are, so trust me, it is all in your mind.
ОтветитьI have always sculpt with mouse !
ОтветитьLol this video is proof I would absolutely smoke henning and morten if I had a tablet
ОтветитьHumpty Dumpty sat on a wall,
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall;
All the king's horses and all the king's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.
a Na'vi from avatar vs Ghandi
ОтветитьHope they do a blindfolded scuplt challenge
Ответитьnice challenge. i vote Henning!
Ответитьdamn this looks like my default work out here
Ответитьwow cool one
ОтветитьI spent years learning to sculpt with the mouse. Funny to see how that's a challenge
ОтветитьWacom sweating bullets rn 😂
ОтветитьHenning has my vote!
ОтветитьI just suck, I can whip up body anatomy easily but when it gets to the eyes and hair I want to pass it over to someone else. guess I'll work on it
ОтветитьHey Idk how good algorithmically these videos end up being... but I do like these kinds of videos... and I know like easy fun content long term would probably make long term a stronger channel. So keep up the good work.
ОтветитьHonestly, its so hard to say. I think for what you guys were able to achieve with a mouse was crazy!
That being said, I have to give my vote to Henning :)
I vote Henning... i was kinda impressed by his mouse sculpt ngl
ОтветитьMJ won this one, but man these are videos are awesome. Henning about to make a comeback in video 3 tho 👏👏👏
Ответить15mins in RSI would have done me in also without a pen 😅
Ответитьalso, Henning's self sculpt in this one looks 15 and 73 at the same time.
ОтветитьHenning should 3D print his camel and display it on his bookshelf like a trophy. Or 3D print a bunch to send as Christmas gifts to people he only kinda likes, but doesn't like enough to get a thoughtful gift.
ОтветитьRIP wrists
Ответитьmy vote goes for MJ, I can really see the resemblance, I'm loving these challenges! hahah Love the tiara too xD
ОтветитьI’m starting to understand why you guys never do normal human sculpts :D
ОтветитьI love these challenges!! Next time what about sculpting each other without reference? :D
ОтветитьI own a tablet but actually prefer to use a mouse for 3D art, i have no idea why
ОтветитьAnd there goes my excuse for bad sculpts.
ОтветитьNext, sculpt a crap using clay build up brush only
Ответитьidea for the next video- you both get a written description of a character or concept art. no ref winner is who's sculpt looks most like the original concept.
Ответитьstil looks better then my sculpts
ОтветитьEven though it looks like some sort of alien version, my vote goes for MJ, as I think the main features and proportions are there. If Henning's version had eyeballs I think he probably would've won.
Ответитьif you play fps games on mouse (and aim-train especially) drawing and sculpting can be easier than using a pen for some things. i definitely prefer it in the early stages. pressure sensitivity becomes more useful as the sculpt requires further detail though.
ОтветитьLoving this. Great video idea.
Ответитьthe trick is to just use move brush and nothing else 😆
