I've gone as cruelty free as I can, there's a couple of items I still need to find replacements for that aren't but everything else I have is now cruelty free! And I have totally fallen in love with so many things I have discovered!

Oh and I love your videos!!!! I just wanted to say that, you're so very genuine and sweet. I hope that one day my other channel (not this one) grows like yours. Plus I fell in love with colourpop because of you! We are totally friends in my head lol

I like more color eye pencils i love the pop of colors I feel like it brings out my eyeshadow and certain eye pencils look so good depending on the eye pencil I don't go to bold either I like creamy ones that are stunning

I just want to comment and say I'm not a cruelty free makeup user but I love that you are. I'm honestly just too lazy to do the research but it's great that you can stand up for yourself and what you believe in, in a way that isn't abrasive to others. You are an amazing person. I'm so happy that you won't allow other peoples comments or intimidation tactics to influence your channel. Keep it real girl & keep doing what you're doing!

Before watching and becoming subscribed to your channel, I can honestly say that I did not know much about cruelty-free products. I stayed on your channel because it was a place I could come to to learn more about makeup and subscription boxes and if something was really worth all the hype. I love that you don't try to push your beliefs down anyone's throat and because of this, I have begun to slowly buy things that are cruelty free. Does this mean that I have gone cold-turkey. No, it means that now that I go to the store I conscientiously look for cruelty-free items, but I still use things that I already have even if it isn't cruelty-free, and for ME that's ok. I think if we were close friends, this would be ok with you, too. This is why I support you 100% and feel saddened because you have received so many negative comments. Everyone is ENTITLED to their own beliefs and the way they go about them. Please know that there are people, like me who support you.

I'm a cosmetology student training to be both a hairstylist and makeup artist. The other day My grandma was asking me about makeup and As we were talking I brought up that I only use cruelty free (makeup that hasn't been tested on animals) makeup and she literally said "why the hell would you do that? How are you supposed to know if it's okay to put on your skin unless it was tested?" 🙃😑

I imagine a pressed serum would maintain its integrity longer... liquid formulations change when exposed to air, so maybe this will hold up longer.

Me too my sis I've been combining diff mascaras and been liking the effect with length n volume I also use the que prep my lash primer and my latest mascara combo is essence lash extension mascara with lengthening with the volume stylist and the curl and hold mascaras they both say 18 hr lasting I don't wear false lashes so I've been trying combos for a while ."well spoken my sister "ur the reason in a positive way what had open my eyes wider to cruilty make up so please keep the positive energy

A lot of the samples that come in Sephora Play are also available as 100 point rewards. I got the Vice Amulet that way and like it a lot. I haven't signed up for Play because almost everything they offer that I want, I can get as a free mini or free sample without paying $10 a month.

Girl, I am on the same journey. I started going cruelty free a few months ago, but I am subscribed to Ipsy, and Sephora will be sending me my first bag this month. I will continue to use my cruelty free products and give away those that are not. The funny thing is a lot of those people that give you crap for subscribing to those bags will also spend tons of money on cruelty free cosmetics whose owners are flagrant racists. Don't let the bastards grind you down, love.

I want to personally thank you for sharing your rant. Your pledge to go CF and the drama with Nars make up being sold in China had spurred me to make changes in my own life to go CF.

And I think it is absolute garbage that other people on this platform want dictate how you become CF.

I have had my own personal struggles with going CF. There are things that are imposible to go CF and/or I am unwilling to depart with: laundry soap, certain household cleaning products, toothpaste, and deorderant.

That being said I have made changes in my overall beauty purchases. I have become critical of what things I will/will not purchase.

I want to take the time and applaud you for your efforts. You have made wonderful use of your platform to inform others and to even help people like me make changes in our lives.

Where is the love button? I’m trying to make the effort to only buy cruelty free makeup and skin care, but I am using up what I have that is not cruelty free because I paid for it. I love how you introduce cruelty free products on your channel and bring awareness to your subscribers without the judgement. This topic is the same if someone pushed religion or politics down your throat. Big applause to you for standing your ground.

Belif is cruelty free I thought they weren't but I emailed them and did heavy research I recently switched and decluttered all my non cruelty free items! I was glad they are bc I love their toner and aqua bomb
