This video is awesome. It's always an inspiration to watch these survivors go. Zomboid playthroughs always feel like a classic zombie movie. Your narration reminds me of ambiguousamphibian's zero to hero series.

I'd like to imagine what can be done in the next 100 days to make a fantastic town. Gathering resources, learning, growing food, cooking.

This felt like a cool spin on the concept of the "The Martian". A zombie movie where it actually felt like the main character knew what they were doing.

TBH there are so many choices that made me as someone played way too much zomboid's head hurt. Taking slow driver , breaking the window on the drivers side of the car (just asking for death on slow driver), taking the house with a broken window instead of one of the few next doors down without one, and not knowing you can wear two fanny packs. Dude still somehow managed to survive this like wtf.

Also took a weird variety of traits that are usually considered low tier in the short run for a 100 days challenge, also weird, and had electric and water go out on day three (IDK if he set that or not but if not super unlucky). Also it looks like a weirdly little amount of zombies for Insane population, especially in Louisville. Usually when I play on insane difficulty and start in Muldraugh I can't walk two feet without hitting stragglers and this dude only had a few groups by him in the middle of Louisville.

Generic comment that hopefully supports this channel, since it deserves more subs than it has.

Tried this on a server with my buddy but instead of Louisville I spawned on Ravencreek and Jesus that map was worse than this the only way we could leave base to do something productive is to use guns since each building was filled to the brim of zeds and the only way we could melee is if the movement disruption was off and you had high weapon type skill enough to get some solid one shots. the two character we made in less than a week we got over 300 kills and after we got guns and tons of ammo from a nearby gun store it went up too 3k or 6k combined with the two of us. Anyways you should try the Ravencreek map with this challenge. (also we couldn't even keep track of the bodies we looted since they were so compact together)

holy crap!! Brother, this is one of my favorite PZ videos i've ever seen, GREAT narration, great editing, great everything. 69/10 will recommend to my PZ friends.

Just a suggestion for mods, global loot is a nice QOL. Compiles all the nearby loot in a vicinity and just enables you to loot from the one pile. Cuts down the tedium.

I feel like editing this would have taken as long as playing it did.

A freeze dryer is one of the best ways to preserve food.
Statistically, there should be at least one in the city, so adding a mod to add freeze dryers would not be cheating.
Also, canning and vacuum sealing.

This is such a good video, I have like 300hrs but I still learned a ton about the game and it was extremely well edited and entertaining at the same time, got like 20 mins in and couldnt believe how much was left

The editing, the narration, the tiny little "VHS" clips, the love you put into the video is clear and it shows by how an almost 3 hour video is doing so well.
