Witcher 3 has ok graphics and is soo poorly optimized. Mgsv is very well optimized but frankly is just a plain deserted boring sandbox with ok graphics.

my ps4 runs witcher 60fps .. 1080p it looks Just as nice as a pc

the hi res textures, draw distance and resolution doesnt make up for the fact that the games still look cartoony.
