I usually have a small batch of turmeric ginger carom seeds and black pepper in lemon juice (fresh not fermented) and eat a spoonful before meals for better digestion. I need to try this out looks good :)
I have a question they say water is the enemy for any fermentation and is always recommended to use a dry spoon while handling pickles how come water is actually added in this fermentation?

This is NOT fermenting. It's pickling. Don't use vinegar.

Interesting take on tumeric relish. Excellent how to, but this isn't actually a ferment that I'm used to. I'm looking forward to trying a ferment in about a 2% brine, later this year!
