How fun caught it on TCM loved Tooley
ОтветитьThe book is so hilarious and clever .
ОтветитьThis is a wonderful movie - I still remember it.
ОтветитьKatharine Hepburn was set to star in the film- there were multiple problems with the script- Hepburn herself re wrote much of it- they fired Hepburn, kept her script changes and hired Smith.
Ответить"Travels with my Ant", instead of Aunt [awnt]. Americans destroyed good old English. She's not an ant!
ОтветитьCindy & Maggie both now gone..
ОтветитьOne of THE greatest performances I have ever witnessed.....and I know my S***! She was a wonder. Rest Dame Maggie.......rest. 🥺🥀
ОтветитьDavid copperfield
ОтветитьAT ONE I SAW CINDY WILLIAMS...............................................
ОтветитьI have been hoping to see this again for years .
ОтветитьThis is the film that inspired me to start growing Dahlias.
ОтветитьIs it anywhere to download? I cannot find it, pity....
ОтветитьI watched this film. A gem. Gem.
ОтветитьShe was only 38 when this was made . She looks older in the movie
ОтветитьThis preview shows Louis Gossett Jr for only a split second, but he’s one of the best things about this film!
ОтветитьDoes anybody know where I can watch this movie? I can't find it anywhere
ОтветитьIt’s hard to believe they wanted Katherine Hepburn for this role
Maggie Smith was golden in this film from 1972. I was a beautiful woman then.
Good movie
ОтветитьOmg Daniel Emilfork!
Ответитьtoo bad never saw this movie...seems they never show it on tv!? :-/
ОтветитьOmg Katharine Hepburn god I love her and Maggie Smith is just truly incredible
ОтветитьMasterpiece
ОтветитьIf I understand this trailer right, Maggie here is in old/middle age makeup reflecting on her youth - the age she actually was at this time. I gotta say, I think she looks more beautiful NOW rather than how the old age makeup portrayed her then.
ОтветитьDoes she remind you of Auntie Mame?
Ответитьreading the book written by Graham Greene.. and I am about to go cruise in Med
ОтветитьMaggie is amazing!!
