this is just blowing my mind. this is not taught In America because we live a Surtin life Style. karate is a way of life also, so we must train ourselves to be humble. you will be come tougher but become kind and wise. this is what`s missing in my karate. Tatsuya Naka Sensei is the real deal. love it this videos. OSU!

Rotating your hip excessively isn't needed. Rotating like a pre-rotate isn't going to make your punches stronger. You're not charging them up like a battery lol.

This kind of stuff needs to stop, there's enough in MA that woo woo isn't needs.
