I find the easiest way is to attach the Tinsel to bobby pins Then you can just slide them in your hair and then you can use them As many times as you want

My daughter got this put in at a festival months ago. She has one that will not come out. Months later it has just grown with her root down her hair!

i used the beads and tied the stencil to it and it was very easy for me to do and i am younger and doing it on myself so by tie ing it made it much easier
