ОтветитьI love jogging on a treadmill. I cover display or change the setting so it hides the distance and clock and lose my self to the music. Before i realize 35 minutes pass by withou realizing.
ОтветитьI'm debating between one hour cardio every other day alternating with abs vs every day using stair climber for efficiency and still doing Abs every other day.. Torn which is best. I've tried both and not sure which is better.

I just started lifting again and I am using your example. I want to lose weight and fat. Is it ok to eat natural carbs like apples and vegtibles? I want to make sure that I get my body comp and strength and mobility up.

Like, can I weight train, then go eat something ( taking an hour let’s say ), and come back and hit the stair master for 30 minutes after? Or should there be more separation like hit cardio in the morning and wait till night time to weight train?

ОтветитьI just play basketball....cardio is just too boring. I like the primal movements I have to do when running, jumping, rebounding and hustling for loose balls. I have gotten away from lifting....but II want to change that. But tiime spent lifting is less time shooting hoops - which is what I really love.

Ответитьi do 10 to 15 min on elliptical last min i run a lil faster i do this before weights oh yeah what about trampoline cardio i have 12 foot one for my kids and i jump for about 3 mins its all i can manage they say 15 mins jumping is like 30 mins full sprint is that going to interfere with muscle growth

ОтветитьEasiest cardio program EVAH: get a dog. Specifically, get a herder (border collie, cattle dog, etc.) or retriever (Labrador, golden retriever, etc.) Play with your dog. It provides psychological benefits and plenty of variety.
