As a reminder, you are able to play lands off the top of your library using Bolas's Citadel. Because of the specific wording of the card, "You may play cards from the top of your library", not "You may cast spells from the top of your library".

Card kingdom will get your stuff faster than anyone else? Not if you're in the UK. I made two ordered on the same day, both for £120 and one came one week after the other, because they decided one of them needed to be sent to Switzerland before going to England whilst one didn't. My friend ordered from them and it's taken over a month to arrive and they sent it to Jamaica first.
