Is there a part 2?
ОтветитьWhen asked how shs felt when she found out she was dead she said shock. I heard "relief." She was rid of this child and i later read the girl had adhd. Mom took her son for a queit fool. Sick person the mother
Ответить😢I've studied this case and U are all missing 4 major clues....A.J cried when he saw his mum...huge red flag, look at his evil guilty grin when asked if he threw a bucket or did anything to his sister knowing she can't swim...his lies prove his throwing the blame onto his mother for something he had a hand in...he is a sociopath in the making.
ОтветитьIdk if believe what she said about him being coached but i do know she told several of her co-workers that she was going to kill that little girl out of anger. Be careful what you say "words matter".
ОтветитьI have a hard time believing his testimony. It's most likely embellished by all the cartoons he'd been watching.
ОтветитьA child will never tell a lie .What he saw he told
ОтветитьWho ever he was with made him think this was not accident but done on purpose If i was a juror this child was being lead She did not kill her child Quiet children r easily lead just to make u go away A active child will not acknowledge
ОтветитьI dont believe Amanda killed her child Im sure when this happened someone with anger said She killed her n this stuck in his mind children only know what they hear n think adults know more or someone told him this
ОтветитьA mother who loved her children, told the truth believing she had nothing to worry about, SHE COVERED for her guilty son who pushed his sister and held her under water by holding her legs ..SHE went to jail tight lipped protecting her son ...he obviously convinced himself it was her fault by her desperate actions to rescusatate....this is sooo obvious, boy almost believes his own lie and told the police to get that much needed ' your a good boy, she's not' Pat on the back at that difficult moment ....the boy had no intentions in seeing her again and almost never wanted to rehash the facts ... remember at 6 yrs old, he has a good mind , they know what's going on.....communication and awareness may be developing still but DEEP down he knows and will learn his actions killed his sister and put his mother away for life ...watch it again...look closely
ОтветитьIt happens 12yrs ago so what happen to AJ now how is he ? 😊
ОтветитьOt is true that he cld been coach on events that day by asking him 2 go over til he got tired r confused, that how sm cops do n their integrate rm til they get what they want to hear it really matter the age, & smtms they will do ask them w/parent r court oppointed guardian.
ОтветитьHe was differently questioned 2 long, I watched the video of his court testimony & I noticed as the questions was asked he got more tired then he was getting confused he didn't what the questions ask of him, this poor child is going live w/this 4 the rest of days. I think 7 yes is 2 young 2 answer & be subjected 2 adult event.
ОтветитьI would never believe a child, they are innocent, they don’t the meaning or impact of lie or consequences of lie in longer term.
ОтветитьNever get a pool
ОтветитьI feel like he was literally made to believe his own mom did that because he literally first said saw her did it behind the tree but they tried and couldn't see pool then he said he wasn't outside but inside saw her doing this then she got in drowned and I believe they literally man handled her rushing to try save her smh I feel bad for mom she definitely didn't do it
ОтветитьLove You AJ
ОтветитьWho else from tiktok here ???
ОтветитьTo rely on 7yrs old testemonies, for such critical case was a no brainer...your court is one hell of a court
ОтветитьHow did they convict this woman crazy
ОтветитьHes 19 now..
ОтветитьSkill issue
ОтветитьToo subject that little boy to be questioned for that length of time is beyond my comprehension. He is obviously traumatized by what he had seen. God Bless him.
ОтветитьI want to believe this was an accident and something else ⁉️
May She RIP Poor Little Angel 💔 Fly 🕊️🕊️🕊️🕊️
She did it!!
ОтветитьSge did it!!
ОтветитьShe's got the same eyes as Dianne Downs
ОтветитьThis is hard because although he's not lying, he could be giving his perspective of how he interpreted it. It's kind of touchy because if he did misinterpret, his mother is now in jail for life.
ОтветитьThis little boy told the truth, too much evidence on what the other children said tie up to what he said the only difference is this poor child had to witness it all. This mother threatens to dunk her at a pool not even in her home prior to this incident. She neglected her kids.
ОтветитьI mean he didn't even recognize his own mom, who was sitting right there in the front, until they pointed her out to him, 😢 I'm not saying that the mother didn't kill the child or not I was in there I'm just saying he should have to go through that😢 I cried when he cried when he saw him mom, poor thing broke down, you can hardly contained himself, his full trial was a hard thing to watch, and way to long for a 7yrs. Old to be drilled with questions.😢
ОтветитьI'm sorry 😔 but he shouldn't have had to do that, to go through that.
ОтветитьChildren are more intelligent than an adult. They would never lie except if someone coaches them. What they see is something they never forget. Only problem he was put in a place he shouldn’t be.
ОтветитьHe's 22 now
ОтветитьLiar
ОтветитьWhy is this mother smiling!
ОтветитьA life is already lost poor little girl and boy .
ОтветитьThe whole “leaned too far over and hit her head on the bottom of the pool” thing is BS! She wasn’t heavy enough to hit the bottom!
ОтветитьAs someone who raised a traumatized family member that witnessed violent crimes I can tell you, this child is telling the truth. My relative was THE most reliable source and was only three! Every story had every detail and never changed, even though so many people tried to alter his tale. It’s normal for child victims to fluctuate a bit based on how many interviews and ways they’ve been questioned. He was being honest.
ОтветитьHow is he 7 and in 4th grade?
Ответитьthey found out in court she did in fact do it tho
ОтветитьShould have taken the plea!
ОтветитьKids don’t lie
ОтветитьThis sucks because kids lie all the time .. but man .. this is insane
ОтветитьThose eyebrows though 😂😂😂
Not only that, she’s a terrible lier 😢
I think the kid was coached. If you watch the full video if the kid in court he goes along with whatever the attorneys are saying regardless of side. I think he was to young to say what really happened.
ОтветитьHe seemed so smart and i hope he's doing well as an adult! But i went to catholic school and we were trained to always say sir and mam, and we always forgot at his age. He said yes sir so much he was obviously coached over and over. Not saying he was lying, but im pretty sure he was coached over and over for days and months.
ОтветитьFlorida it figures
ОтветитьWhy call the cops so quickly if it was a murder...?
ОтветитьHis mother is a nasty monster!!! She 💯 percent did this!!!
