I find myself now in a state where i was the one who caused all this chaos and doom to myself... This songs helps me read and understand this... I don't want to end like this, i'm looking for professional help, i really do hope it's not too late, thank you Layne, you've lost your battle, but helped many who are still at war with their own....

I think Layne pushed Jerry to sing more, because he knew he wasn't going to be around long. I wish his bandmates had tied him up and dragged him to the hospital. Maybe they could have saved him from himself.

Layne had such a great voice. Listening to this song is so sad since he passed away

For almost 30 years now, this song has spoken to my soul. I can see myself as a young teenager the first time i heard this song and even all these years later it still has the exact same emotional impact on me.

My favorite part about this performance is when Layne lets Jerry sing the chorus by himself. Layne looks to the side nodding his head. He always told Jerry to sing more since he wrote them. Then Layne comes back in and those harmonics cut staight through me
