ОтветитьThis is great for when I’m at work and there’s nothing else to do. I started a while back ago when I was close to three spins (299lbs) I’ll do other things as well and hit the gym. But I always feel I get the most out of these workouts. I would periodically stop, for numerous reasons, I mean we always find an excuse to right. But when I come back to it this is one of the ones I get going with. Currently not at my goal but sitting a little bit happier at 252lbs

ОтветитьI've been using body project videos daily for the last 15 days. I don't have a specific goal other than to feel good and to be an positive example for my children.
Also, I want to say that though the work outs are much harder on days when my depression is heavy, I still do them.
