One Pot Chicken
Mix together 1 stick melted butter, some seasonings, and pour over Bone -in- chicken. I also added olive oil. Make sure chicken is nicely covered with sauce. Add in carrots and onion.Bake in the oven for 1.5 hours approximately. I covered it with foil.
