these videos are honestly golddust, as someone who's done a heap of diy over the years after 12 months watching these I just recently dug out and poured footings for a garage built, completed first rows of block work and poured the slab ready for the builders starting saving about 4 grand on the build, took me prob week longer than it would them but turned out great and builder said it was spot on, couldnt of done it without Alex and Steve
Ответить"promosm" 😁

ОтветитьGreat stuff.
ОтветитьWhy do you concrete inside the bottom of the cavity ? Love the vids both.
ОтветитьHi guys love your vids. Can you tell me the corner blocks you use do you have to adjust the profile setting screws or does it work straight from the box 👍
ОтветитьThey'll deduct £50 for you using the heat gun 😂 👍
Ответитьhi steve and alex. i cant believe the building inspector makes you cut into the existing brickwork to form a vertical damp. we are allowed to put damp at back of wall starters with very little damage and stronger job all round.nice see to that your cracking on .all the best for the future and hopefully a swift recovery.👍
ОтветитьWeathers the brickies worst enemy
Ответитьblimey once you get started you really crack on with the Brick work which looks fantastic and nice to see solid brick .
great video which I thank you for .
Just another good day in the office! Running out of superlatives for the effort you two guys put in - great results come from such teamwork as you demonstrate, time and time again. Brilliant gesture from the customer - those toasted breakfast sarnies look great!

ОтветитьAs per usual, another great video, guys .
ОтветитьHonest grafters.....Credit to you both.....Saludos desde España mi amigos.
ОтветитьGreat work guys
ОтветитьFine work. My house is all brick here in Texas and I look at the brick work after watching you and it’s missing the quality of your work. Sloppy pointing and uneven level on brick rows. Your customers are a lucky bunch. Cheers
ОтветитьSteve you’ll need to enter super trowel and go up against Charlie 🏴🏴
ОтветитьThank you Steve and Alex.

ОтветитьWell done guys all you need is a couple of dry days
ОтветитьHow long does your mixer last?
ОтветитьWhat happens if the brick is soaking wet, do you just use a dryer mix?
ОтветитьHi Steve and Alex top job as always love your work and I also watch d and j projects as I know you follow them as well
ОтветитьGreat job Steve and Alex top lads.👍👍
ОтветитьWhen you guys finally get to the brick work it is an absolute pleasure to watch. You guys really are masters of your trade. It is just a bit of a shame that there is so much prep work which unfortunately is not too good for the hip. When you look back at all the concrete that had to come out, then new concrete had to go in, plus a whole host of other things just to get to this stage. Either way, you got through that and finally you got to your trade. Well done. great work as always.
ОтветитьGood to see you get a half decent run at it for once, despite the weather.....Pukka stuff
ОтветитьBrilliant you two, what an honest, hardworking team. Father and son, don’t get better than that
ОтветитьNot mach bulldozer action today.
But I think you both had your running shoes on! But jokes aside you have done well even with the rain gods against you
.In the mean time please stay safe best regards as always Ken
Hey Steve and Alex. Another great job. Could you add commentary to explain why you are using different bricks/ blocks/ poured concrete at different times. Your process is different from what is done in Canada. Cheers from Nova Scotia
