ОтветитьAt minutes 13 and 15, what is being stretched. Mine is tight AF and I’d like to find other ways to stretch it. Also, the way it’s done in this video is nearly impossible for me to even begin to get in. So for everyone saying “just start and do what you can,” you really don’t seem to understand what it is to be inflexible. My arm barely goes straight over my head let alone lean to the side. Also keep in mind my legs are about 90° apart not 180. Makes it “impossible.” I’ve used a rope which helps, but then I’m pulling with my arm instead of reaching

ОтветитьI have a problem with all this "beginner" flexibility routines. You clearly don't understand how little I can actually stretch (and is natural because you come from a background completely different than mine), the issue is most of these stretches are not helping me improve my flexibility because they are far too advanced and I just keep falling and hurting myself.
I know I can try and reach as far as I can, but is not helping me because there is no parallel universe in which I can reach my feet with hands, much less do it while having my leg extended to the side. Those poses are anywhere near close what I can do. :(
This is not for beginners at all. It is a good video and you communicate very well, specify the muscles that we should be feeling and all, but is not for beginners.

ОтветитьThank you for this Routine. For me as a former Ballerina very enjoyable. Just a comment to make. On in side you used much more time than for the other side. No Problem for me I just paused the Video. But some advise for beginners. Do both sides equally espacially if you feel that one side is harder (I feel you) 😅 much love Nicki ❤

ОтветитьThe stretched themselves may be for beginners but please show a realistic view of what an inflexible person can do. I’m trying to get to 90° on a lot of these and to watch someone do close to a full split and grab your toes when I’m 8” away from mine is super frustrating. Not a bad stretching video but does NOT show realistic beginner or inflexible poses.

Ответитьim actually here because im starting a dance class in school this year & im not flexible at all. I’ve always loved dancing but I’ve never been flexible and the class im taking has some ballet in it, it’s mostly hip hop which is why i wanted that class but it still has some ballet in it so that’s why I’m here 😭
ОтветитьThank you very much for this stetching routine...In my opinion the holds are too short... the muscles cant relax really deep and sometimes the music is so loud that I couldn't understand you....I liked the type of stretches really...espacially pigion pose...thanks... It is very nice, to watch, how flexible you are, but for me, it was very demotivating,....
Good stretches - but not for the very start.
Change some things:
- give us more time to do the exercise
- make some breaks between the exercises, so that one can relax, a little bit
- some exercises are too hard to understand, one needs time, to get into the right position
- some poses really hurt, even without the stretch...maybe one should not try it at thr very beginning.
This is my opinion
I recommend keep your videos short not a 30 minute
