Evey time i try to lose weight i end up gaining weight so much . I tried If it didn't work for me . I tried excercise and calorie diet still nothing is working just gaining the weight i donot know what to do.

ОтветитьReminder that even a 200 calorie deficit a day will create a 10 kg weight loss within a year. A 400 calorie deficit will create a 20 kg weight loss within a year, or a 10 kg weight loss within 6 months. It doesn't have to be super hard or extreme to make a big difference❤
ОтветитьChanging your habits is the key! The tips are great and I heard them many times. I hope one day I can loose my fat. Maybe this helps: start at 58kg. Goal is 50kg

ОтветитьWalk guys, walk. If you have weight to lose, don't run, crossfit, HIIT. Try eating less, and walk a lot. Low impact, incredibly healthy, good for your mood, and easy on your joints. And you can increase the speed as you get fitter. For me, one of the keys for success.

ОтветитьLuckily the hardest thing for me isn't actually working out and/or start cold-turkey with it, i know I have, but it is staying motivated and not thinking i can find the time. Anyway, this is my way of saying I'll try again and kind of use this comment as an accountability thingy.

ОтветитьYour tipps are so smart, really. In my experience: walk at least 2 hours a day at a good pace (not jogging - cause that hightens the cortisol levels in women and you won't loose weight, not that fast at least), no processed foods at all (NONE), no chocolate, sweets or bread (!). Eat just one plate of food and as you said, use a smaller plate. Don't eat after 8 pm. Only fresh foods (eg. rice with zucchini and cottage cheese, ...). If you do that you can get our eating habits in control (and will be able to eat chocolate, cake and a slice of bread again at a later time- but in a normal amount and not gorge) and will get to a normal weight. And an awesome side effect ist that when you cut our processed food real food tastes amazing and that craving junk food goes away.
