very weird how they make it look like a fun action comedy...it is actually a thriller with nothing funny in it...but it's a good movie I recommend it to everyone who loves action/trhiller from the 80's

These 80's crime films are fucking amazing... they're like little lost treasures that are hard to find unless you really look. Fuck waiting for a new Grand Theft Auto game... these kinds of movies (and the hundreds of other lost treasures) will surely suffice.

This is a weird trailer. The music and clips suggest yet another teen comedy starring the kid from Breakfast Club and Sixteen Candles, but what you get is a lot darker.

I'm 100% a product of the 80s and I actually watched this show on first choice movie channel which was a big deal to have a movie channel in those days because back then tv's only went up to channel 13 and half the channels weren't even used. It was totally expensive to have the movie channel unless you were smart and ran a single wire from the uhf to the rhf then wrapped tin foil around the wire. Oh yeah....it was state of the art back in those days. Lol. Either way....we had it and I watched this show only once and it's been in the back of my brain now for over 35 years. I remember thinking it was good and Thats all I remember. I'll be back with another review once I watch it again and see if it was good or If i was a moron as a kid. Lol

Just watched this gem! Very well-crafted and full of thrill. They don't make movies like this anymore.

Def one of my true fav 80s films. Totally depicts the LA music scene as it was in the mid 80s

Spoiler alert: This movie fucking sucks.
It’s like an explosion at the cliché factory, and Anthony Michael Hall can’t act for shit.

Clearly this movie, while somewhat cool at the time and meant to be an action flick, was also very "tongue in cheek", never meant to be taken seriously and poked fun at itself.

This trailer almost makes this movie out to be a comedy, even though it's actually a pretty standard crime thriller.

This movie is a hidden gem. I remember watching it on VHS in the 80s. Solid movie.
