I am a Distribution manager and I am using tunecore from last 4 years and I am managing 28 tunecore accounts I also faced this issue of buying subscription but tbh Order successful na hone ek glitch hai and ye hr device me nhi aata kisi device me aata hai you just have to mail with screenshot of payment and in 12-48 hours account active hojayega, this glitch will be fixed soon.
The second issue he mentioned I never faced that, agar koi issue Hota hai too tune core mails you about that and wo dashboard me bhi dikhata hai and it only takes 4-7 days for release to be public on all platforms agar aap pehlay hi teams and condition ke according apna release dale.
The 3rd issue he mentioned happenes when you are position cover song without any cover licence or or you have any samples in your song jiska rights aapke pass nhi hai and this is already mentioned in tune core ki wo takedown kr denge without any mail or confirmation isiliye pehlay hi ska Dhyan rake.
The 4th issue you mentioned is right because free distributors push your song because they also want to earn and route note pays you more than tunecore. but If you notice that tune core is providing content id with no additional cost and also you need to have a active PayPal account to use rotenone. If you want more earning than tunecore you can choose routenone or cd baby but hr distributer ke faide aur nuksaan dono hai.

And paise wale mamle me this thing never happened to me payment ke baad subscription active ho jati hai in 24-48 hours after mail. Mail them properly through contact support option in website with accurate topic and details, this will help you fix the issue

I paid $150 for Tunecore Breakout Artist + Publishing. I had problems with them, they blocked my releases. I got it straightened out, but I did not like the awful lossy sound quality on their platforms, so I took down all my releases and re-uploaded and selected a handful of hi quality platforms, like iTunes, Qobuz & Tidal. All of my songs were blocked. I inquired and received this message from Tunecore for every release:

Unfortunately, after further review of your account, we have made an internal decision not to release this content and in order to protect our internal review policies and practices, we would be unable to disclose the reasons for blocking this release.

Fake company... I also believed in TuneCore and took rising artist subscription but they blocked my original song without telling any reason... No mail reply from them... Atleast they could have told me directly that they don't like my face ... But they didn't reply.. my 999 was wasted.
