The Ghoul, Cooper Howard, played by Walton Goggins in the Amazon Prime TV adaptation of the Fallout games, is a very interesting character, who ties together life in the wasteland with pre-war events in the series. In this Fallout theory video I want to talk about what may have happened to his family, and how he became a ghoul in the first place, based on lore from the Fallout games. While the answer to what happened to Barb and Janey, The Ghoul's family, will likely not be revealed until later in the series, there are certainly plenty of things we can theorize about based on season 1 and the Fallout games!
