Cool.. but i dig fooses rougher sketches. They appear to movement while standing still, even more than chips cleaner renderings/sketches

I remember Chip from when he was in Boyd Coddington's shop and show. I think both of them are national treasures.

As the saying goes..that's a Doozy!!! If only they could make cars like that again. Somebody please get this man a chassis and an I8 engine so he can build this Foozy Doozy!

I thought he would really shy away from 34 Ford roadsters, but it is, what it is.

Mr. Foose needs to talk to Jay Leno. Mr. Leno has a chassis for a J, it is a complete car except for one thing. It doesn't have a body on it.

It looks great now without using any colors. And if it is built as a proper resto-mod, only MOPAR should be used.

I would probably make a Dusenburg look like an 1990's era F-150.

He could get chassis made easily in a foreign country where they are great for doing things like this. Like in Thailand, Malaysia, China, or India. Then get a V12 LS and use that as the power plant and then he's away, you can get parts from the guy the restored Jay Leno's 3 cars n chassis.

The sidemount would not allow the door to open. Chip would resolve this before a build. I would like to learn his process of solving such problems while keeping his design concept (or how the concept must change to solve such problems.)

If only modern car builders had the passion to redesign some of the old classics, with modern equipment, and use a designer like foose,, I think they would sell like hot cakes. Just a thought. Love ya work.

I didn't like Duesenbergs until I saw this one. I am a changed man. Love at first sight. This drawing is like a young beautiful woman who wants to go on a long drive.

Really great to see this. I love the 30s cars. There are a lot of truly great designs from this era, including Cord and Auburn. But if I had to choose one, it would be a Duesenberg (SJ), hands down. Good luck launching this project, Chip. As for that sketch, I'm sure you could make some extra beer money with some signed copies. [hint-hint]

I got a dream of mine that sort of parallels the old mans green wing that he also made on a motorcycle.

Foose should look up Elroy Wi and it's connection to Duesenberg, quite interesting, and my grandpa built and owned the heating and air conditioning shop next door, the jewelry shop next door to that ohhh they know him too, uncle ran the shop in the backyard. Interesting story behind that doosy shop depending on who ya ask.

This man is a genius! He has awesome designs, draws like Bob Ross and makes very beautiful cars.

If I only had the money..... and the car.... I'd let Chip do what ever he wanted to the car. it would be a great surprise to see what he would come up with
