Does anyone know where i can by alphaflys in that green colour..???
ОтветитьWhat a shitty "experiment" 😂😂😂
Ответить42 seconds difference for a marathon
ОтветитьDon’t watch this BS. Nike athletes already proved it works for runners.
ОтветитьNot to be crepppy but I fucking love your teeth.. Never touch them plis
ОтветитьMy Guy has swedish voice
ОтветитьWhat about the lack of stability, and the bad posture they give you due to don’t have your toes and hills firm and close to the ground ?? Plus the narrow fronts that ends up messing your toes ?
ОтветитьExpensive equipment is like a cherry on top.
ОтветитьExpensive shoes 🚫 more training ✅
ОтветитьLook at the wittle runners and their fancy little shoes for their delicate little feetsie-weetsies who can't stand the cold hard ground 😥
ОтветитьShoes are just a tool we use to help do they help yes will the make a huge impact no. Well constructed training or planning for a plan or Coach and following the plan being consistent will help the most
ОтветитьHi has S Norwegian acent😂
ОтветитьSheepest
Ответить1s difference bro lol. Not worth paying more for fancy shoes for 1s
ОтветитьI want some ;p
ОтветитьThe Nike Alphafly are only for high-competition running events and are very effective, not only due to the carbon fiber plate, but also because the rest of the shoe is very well constructed, which is why they were banned. Furthermore, to be lighter, they have little material in the sole, which is why they are not made for training.
ОтветитьStfu.. haha you’re def bullshitting saying that $40 park felt good lol
ОтветитьExpensive shoes without doing hard work is nothing.
Ответитьdo you think running barefoot is faster than with shoes?
ОтветитьYour "cheapest" shoes are reduced from 90, thats why they are probably quite good, you would bin the cheapest ones instantly
ОтветитьYour 40$'s cheap is my expensive
ОтветитьPure fax👍
ОтветитьHey bro please send me a shoo
ОтветитьThere is a difference but the difference doesn't support a sense to pay extra 260$ just for that if it was 150 maybe 100 ok 80 bucks great
ОтветитьAlways wondered this with different brands.
ОтветитьHardest norweigen accent
ОтветитьShoes are not for run fast they’re expensive because give u better support on every step and less probability of lesion when your training your running
ОтветитьOrtuseight got a 27 dollar running shoe (Ortuseight Hyperdrive)
Ответитьexpensive carbon reinforced shoes - ego boosters - you are running faster…stats have shown across all age groups but are you really running faster or is it the technology doing it for you? I call them ego boosters because that is all they do…even Bekele agrees with me…you can’t compare the eras of carbon vs non carbon
ОтветитьYo corro en la liga de atletismo con unos de 25 dólares 😂
ОтветитьAs an Assamese guy i run barefoot with hard and unstable surface 💀
ОтветитьThe sheepest ones are probably warmer
ОтветитьThe more i learn about running, expensive shoes is the cool kids flex vibe. Pro runner don't care what your shoes price as long you do it right
ОтветитьWonderful 👍
ОтветитьКороче это всё маркетинг)
ОтветитьNike really pushing their slave labour piece of crap heavily on YT those days...
Ответить1 second quicker per km. That's of time over marathon distance for professionals and fast club runners
Ответитьwtf i buy good shoes for health, not for performance
ОтветитьYou seem to be missing 20bps.
ОтветитьI love the Alphafly next and the Adizero Prime X
ОтветитьIt would be a fair test with a Powermeter and equal power output over a longer distance
ОтветитьAnd then you realize that your $0 lamberfeeties are still the best option for overall health
ОтветитьWell thats why you pay more nah
Ответитьalso the 40$ will probably need to be replaced after significantly less miles than the expensive ones
ОтветитьI had The nike runner 3 for 2 years and I can say I'm justified
ОтветитьIt’s been proven expensive shoes tend to more injuries on the wearer… stupid humans stupid marketing 🤷🏻♂️
ОтветитьElite runners prove as long as it is a quality fairly lightweight shoe, there is virtually NO difference. If you are constantly finishing in the top 10 at any race level but never winning; it’s not the shoes!
ОтветитьI feel like the fastest I'd run in my entire life was a few weeks ago in 3-4mm barefoot shoes. I have low arches and I overpronate, I'm only a couple months into barefoot shoes but I never thought I could run that fast, that easily. To think that was with weak feet and ankles, how fast can I run once my feet are in shape? :P
