I am a Jack Nicholson fan. However, I felt like this movie was grooming us to tolerate intolerable behavior from insufferable people.

It amazes me how verbally abusive he was to everyone and they all hopped-to.

In the 1990s, there were strings of movies and sit-coms full of mean-spirited people being abusive. And we all clapped and gave them awards.

And we wonder how we got to our current state of affairs. By learning to tolerate the intolerable from the insufferable.

He was rushed just like anybody else. He ran up there had to give two seconds and then get off the stage.

Jack really is one of the greatest actors of our time. Legendary performances, very few films you can say he wasn't superb in.

When Jack's competition was Tim Allen, Arnold Schwarzenegger, and John Voight, who starred in mediocre movies, while Jack played an admirable role in a wonderful movie - I knew he was a shoe in.
