The Free Offer of the Gospel

It is highly recommended that you turn your captions/subtitles on. This is a sermon which is closely related to The Marrow of Modern Divinity and focuses on the Free Offer of the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ. "We need not - indeed, must not - delay coming to Christ until we have put away sin. If we do, we will never come. Sin can be conquered only in union with Christ. It cannot be conquered before we come to him."

The preacher was Donald Macleod who was professor of systematic theology at the Free Church College - now Edinburgh Theological Seminary (ETS). There were two series of lectures at Falkirk Free Church under the heading "Crises of the Christ" where major events in Jesus' life were studied usually from Mark's Gospel.
