Do you think the reverse lunges could be an alternative for Bulgarian split squats? Everyone keeps saying to do them but my knees hurt way too much from a past injury that I get shooting pain when I do them 😭

1. DB cross body raises (underhand grip, raising your arms from beside your hips to 90 degrees)
2. DB bench press (lying flat, make sure youre holding them diagonal)
3. DB shoulder press (sitting up, lift DBs up and down to beside your face)
4. Lateral raises
5. DB skull crushes (lie flat, straighten your hands upwards, move your forearm down to beside your head)
6. seated hammer front raise (lifting straight up to 90 degrees)
7. tricep rope pushdowns
What would be a good substitute for the rope push down for workouts at home? Since I cannot afford a gym membership, I got weights and resistance bands but thats pretty much it
Edit: or maybe do you have a video for home workouts? Your video is great btw! I wouldn't have guessed that there are many ways to move my body you are literally my body goals

So, for instance, can I use the leg day part of this video and pair it with the other video's push-, pull- and full-body workouts? Or do I risk then that not all muscles are trained? Thanks for your help :)
