😂😂😂😂im about to cop that same 10mm of a guy for $350..sweeeeeetttt!!!!
ОтветитьRock Island offers "match" grade products, they are individually fitted by their gunsmiths.
We're all for promoting domestic manufacturing too, "post industrial" is simply false (i.e. read what some of the current economists, Ha-Joon Chang, or Alexander Hamilton said about that) however it would show greater due diligence to acknowledge those more comparative offerings before belittling the brand. Also, their double stacks 1911s are some of the greatest volume sellers in the marketplace.
That front sight though!!! Would rather trijicon.
ОтветитьDudes.... you talk toooo much, just get ti the point
ОтветитьEver tried a metro arms 1911?
ОтветитьYa know, if it's too budget, I'd be happy to give that RIA a home. I used to have a Rock Island tac 2 ultra md in 45. And I hate I ever got rid of it.
ОтветитьSomeone talking about 1911s that doesn't know enough about them to talk about them is annoying. What you were checking by rattling the slide has zero to do with lock-up. You check lock-up by pushing down on the hood of the barrel. If it drops any, the lock-up is sloppy. The dust cover on a 1911 is the thin "U" shaped part that protrudes out the front of the frame. It covers the RSA and keeps DUST off of it. Hence RIA calling their rail a dust cover.
ОтветитьDude's channel is called 1911 Syndicate and he doesn't know why it's called a dust cover. Bush league.
ОтветитьWas my first 10 mm treated me well
ОтветитьHad the issue with the slide locking back prematurely with my Rock Island EFS ( Cerakote Gray ) in .45 ACP... Switched to Wilson Combat magazines and the issue went away.
ОтветитьNeed to wear it out a bit polish the ramp on a polish wheel it will work flawless
ОтветитьYou people obviously need to do your homework because you don't have a clue
ОтветитьI see someone has never held/shot a Colt Delta Elite. That thing is so loose it sounds like a maraca. Loose tolerances aren't your problem.
ОтветитьWhat type of shoulder holster shud I buy for a FS RI 10mm SS ? I’m right handed.
ОтветитьYou should stick to real estate 🏡 if someone told you that was a $2,000 1911 you wouldn’t know the difference 😂
ОтветитьYou don't have Bears in Arizona, they're called Cartels 😂😂😂
ОтветитьThat sure as heck doesn't look like a budget 1911!
ОтветитьDust cover, is synonymous on most semi pistols even on a glock.
ОтветитьI like your beard, big dude. Mine is almost like that.lols
ОтветитьMy first 1911 was a Colt Gold Cup National Match.
ОтветитьI concur, "Waterworld", is in fact, a great movie.
ОтветитьJust short of 4 minutes before first shot fired. Is this a shooting channel or a recipe channel?
ОтветитьI love this guy.........he is standing there calling the rear sights on this gun dog shit because it does not have enough of a Ledge I guess for him to rack the slide off something. I would love this genius to tell me how he is going to reload another magazine in a timely manner with just one hand ? How is his ledge going to help him then ?? LOL
ОтветитьYour beard looks magical in this video. Looks like you had a squirter sit on your face:)
ОтветитьPaid 650$ for mine 😎🤙🏻
Ответить10mm is not just for "Bears" and the recoil is really not that bad even with full power rounds. Compared to my Model 29 it is basically a .22
Ответить7 minutes in, all I found out is the big only has one fookin mag...
ОтветитьU braddah s is funny. I love watching you guys. Aloha 🤙🏽
Ответитьmine had ftf, shot about 400 rounds thru it still w problem, sent back to ria, when i got it back runs like a dream
ОтветитьI listened to your add only because you put that timeing bar at the bottom
ОтветитьGive the gun a bad review.... Thats fine.... But the straight up level of pretentiousness in this video makes it unwatchable
ОтветитьAnecdotally speaking, I work in a gun shop with a long time (20 years experience) gun smith whos worked on many 1911's over the years. He's had Kimber's, Colt's and Springfield Armory 1911's come in for repair. He hasn't had to work on many Les Baer's, Nighthawks and other Gucci 1911's because those owners don't shoot them a lot because of perceived value debasement due to wear. But we've never had to take in or send back a Rock Island for warranty or repair. Make of that what you will, but that is our experience with Rock Island 1911's. They just seem to work.
ОтветитьHaven't watched this yet but I'm commenting before I watch. Lol I have the Rock Island 2011 9 mm that also does 22 TCM. It works very well and is very accurate. But the 22 TCM barrel is tight chamber and holds onto the brass sometimes I'm going to send it in I've heard they have a good warranty. The bad thing about them I did not know before I bought it was they use MIM parts. Other than that it works pretty good....
Ответить10mm is O.K. if your a Squatch though.
ОтветитьYou guys talk to much shoot the gun
ОтветитьThe Tac Ultra FS 10mm is 0nly $669 on Gallery of Guns.....and a lifetime warranty, that warranty passes onto ones children or 2nd hand buyers!
ОтветитьI have an RIA that makes a slight sound when wiggled and it’s very accurate. That alone does not indicate poor reliability or accuracy. The ones I shot in the Corps rattled like it was falling apart but always worked and had good defensive range accuracy. Hitting a man’s chest at 15 yards gets the job done nicely. RIA don’t advertise 1” at 25 yards. But they work very well as intended for a good price.
ОтветитьIs it easy to find a holster with these full railed guns?
ОтветитьI have no problems with my rock island's. I would love to have a Wilson Combat but I do not believe in financing firearms so I won't be getting one anytime soon. I have 3 great rock island's that didn't cost even half of what one Wilson costs, but they are worth the money.
ОтветитьFYI my first 1911 will be a 10mm.... Unless you stop the girl talk..... 🤣🤣👍
ОтветитьFirst video of yours I've seen and you guys are hilarious! One suggestion, can you get some fucking 2xl tees and hoodies please?! Take my damn will ya🤣
ОтветитьHe is the only man I’ve ever seen that could make a real beard look fake. Talent
ОтветитьReminder: 10mm Auto was designed as a duty round, and serves very well in that capacity. It actually makes a better man-stopper than bear-stopper.
ОтветитьTo be fair, the 1911s that won "two World Wars" rattled like a wrench in a steel drum. I've shot a legit Remington Rand from WWI, and to say it was a world apart from a modern 1911 is an understatement. The 1911s that were issued to our serviceman had more in common with a Glock than a modern 1911.
Ответить1911 are only 45 this is 1911 style get it right!
ОтветитьShould not be friends with someone that has not seen the Kevin Costner Robin Hood, next he'll probably say that he hasn't seen Robin Hood Men in Tights.
ОтветитьGood video good work guys
ОтветитьI didn’t skip just because of what they said lol
ОтветитьJust Ordered one for $628
ОтветитьI have this as my edc, though admittedly in .45 and mid-sized. After 500ish rounds, I only had one malfunction when the gun was pretty dirty, and have never had the lever issue, though I’m right handed.
The mid size does not have a front cap (the proper name eludes me), and is a absolute bitch to take apart. Other than that, great gun, especially for the price. The back sights get the job done at the range, but do not glow in the dark, and the mid size has no rail. The front sight is fiber optic, though you could probably knock it out with a punch and put some tritium in there.
Factory magazine worked fine, no feed issues, but I’ve heard others have had trouble. Mine has fed fmj, flat nose, and hollow points without issue, and the trigger is very fine.
These guys are right when they say they are snobs, but they are snobs who know what they are talking about. This gun is a good modernized 1911, with basic features that will do the job in most circumstances. I certainly trust my life to one.
