My Treadmill Desk Setup (After 2 Years)

In this video I look at my treadmill desk setup that I've been using over the last two years. I go into some detail looking at the technicalities for the setup including keyboard ergonomics, position, screen, sound, display extension with an iPad, and overall cost and many other implications. I also look in detail at the various health risks and benefits associated with sitting for extended periods of time compared to walking and standing.
