Thank you for this. I just started running a year ago. I'm 55 and training for my first Marathon in March 2020
ОтветитьThis woman is amazing god bless her for give me motivation i am 27 and was paralysed for 5 years
ОтветитьAwesome!!
ОтветитьCool thx.
ОтветитьThanks for this. I'm 50 and after yet again a keen injury I am now back up and running after 3 years off. I run 2 marathons since (not race but just in terms of distances) and I regularly run between 100- 120 km weekly. I never felt any better.
ОтветитьA simple heartfelt thank you... At 63 you inspired me..
ОтветитьDeena, what a beautiful and intelligent way to view the plight of the aging runner. As a devoted runner of 41 years, at 73 I'm dismayed by the degree of slowing I'm experiencing. You really hit the mark with your thoughts on "quality in everything we do ". I will embrace the notion. As well, I love the concept of being the best version of my running self. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьCongratulations for your video!! Respect everyone doing hard job! and much more hard job is to checking and doing everything for our healthy life as many years as possible, My intention run successfully many ultra marathons more than 100 yrs old🏃♂️
ОтветитьWell said!
Hit 70 years old in October and do not plan to give up running. Learning to put relaxation into my run to improve distance.
Good luck with your adventure!
Wonderful video, Deena. You look fantastic and are an inspiration. What I've learned in my late 50's is that it just takes a lot longer to recover from my runs. I can no longer run every day, I have to take every other day off. And my legs hurt me a lot after a run, despite proper stretching. Aging is very humbling for life-long runners and I have to constantly remind myself I'm not a 20 year old anymore. Wish I was!
ОтветитьTremendous message! Thank you Deena C.!
ОтветитьWhat is quality miles and speed?
ОтветитьBonjour ..im 45 not really old lool but overweight i start running since year once week and running became my only pleasure in my live
ОтветитьId this a commercial ???
ОтветитьQuality! Simply profound! Thank you so much. May God‘s best be yours!🏋🏽
ОтветитьDid I hear you right? 140 miles a week....my god! 🙄 Thats incredible....how do you come over fatigue?
ОтветитьIt's like you read my mind, because I used to be the same way. I focused on my time. But now I focus on getting stronger. I don't even use a watch anymore or stop and drink water. I don't know if you don't do that, but it's like you read my mind because I am getting stronger and faster. Good job keep at it 👍
ОтветитьThank you for doing this video. I am 70 years old runner and never never run on hard surfaces unless it is a race. It has saved my running career. I do not know why this is not talked about for older runners....It is so hard and challenging to run on grass but I have very little soreness the next day.....
ОтветитьTip #1. LSD is the worst exercise a person can do if their goal is longevity.
ОтветитьWhere is that hill where you are running to the left?
I would love to run there!
Teaching the brain to relax is priceless for a long run!
Look up Silva mind control!
