I'm going to get some nice bakery bread. Put some butter on it. With a few slices of Munster cheese. Then scrambled eggs. And in between sunny side up eggs.

The egg is perfect when it has a very light film over the top of the yolk. When the yolk is split it should be gooey, not runny like water
