I'd really live to see more editable features and a more professional take on the software as well as a strong body build quality of the upcoming Genos . Genos may sound better at one or the other way but sitting infront of a Korg itself gives you a pro look and feeling . I hope they do it

Yamaha is more user friendly than korg when play live.

I have a beloved Tyros 5 & owned a PA-900 both brands are excellent. I prefer Yamaha in most categories essential to my needs, but Korg is second to none. I'll buy a Genos and Pa-5x someday.

Hello everyone and i hope someone can help me. I have the Yamaha Genos for 3 years and since then i use it for Gigs. Now i have problem, the right side of the keyboard sometimes freeze the sounds (right1,right2,right3 and left) if you press a key she holds the tone like someone pressed a sustain pedal and the sounds doesn't turns off for more than a minute, and i must restart the Keyboard. Earlier this thing happened to me maybe one a 6months but now it happens every third gig. This is a problem cauze when I'm playing and that happens it can ruin all Gig. Idk if some other owner of Genos have the same problem. I use also volume pedal from yamaha and first i thinked that in the pedal was the problem but it isn't. I take out the pedal and the sound stays and it's even worse than sustain pedal pressed on. It is more like every key pressed holds the sound for minute and maybe more.

Los metales me gusta más el genos la mayor polifonia da un sonido con más completo pero para editar y guardar me quedo con el Korg y suena muy bien

O Korg chega com mais peso no meu som! Parece que os timbres do Korg são melhores, não querendo desmerecer o Genos. Mais são duas super máquinas. Eu prefiro os teclados da Yamaha, mais nesse caso ficaria com o Pa4X. Isso na minha opinião. Se eu pudesse, ficaria com os dois....

Technologiquement Yamaha est très nettement en avance sur ses concurrents.

Honestly, I dont have the best ears but the pianos sounded very good on both but the guitars were still quite a bit off, horns and violins just about acceptable but it sounds like the internal chorus of a chord is missing. It is like they are too perfect harmonies - especially with violins.

Amazing instruments though. Ive also listened to many PRS900 vids and actually I think it is a step ahead from here.

Buy the cheapest one and you will be happy

I like to have both, it seems to me that, the Genos has a lot of details and is more gentle sounding, while the PA4X has more strength and forwarding power.

Yo tengo un Korg Pa 900, Designed by Korg Italy. Made in China. Alguien sabe si el Pa4x tendrá esta misma procedencia y manufactura?
Según entiendo, de los teclados Korg actuales solo los Kronos se fabrican exclusivamente en Japón.
Otra pregunta: Dónde se diseñan y Fabrican estos espectaculares Genos??...

Yamaha Genos ,, no comparison yamaha are the best,, end of, yamaha is clear crisp sound, the pa4x is muted with no life.
