Like I Said Earlier The Holder or Chosen Officers Can Use This To Their Advantage But There is One Small Side Affect To This Tho
When Ever The Holder Uses This on Any AMOUNT of Foe or Cannibals the Amount That Will Be Killed the Holder Gets a Bit of Pain All over Their Body If They Resist This Pain Long Enough It will Eventually Be Gone However Like I Said Earlier The Amount There Are The more Pain But I Didnt Say How Long Tho
The Amount Of Enemy There Are The More Pain There Will Be And For How Long Think Of It This Way Around 1 is 1 minute 5 is 10 minutes and so on
The Holder In This Domain/Territory State Will Not Be Damaged By Any Thing And Can Be Able to Feel Everything Around It
