ОтветитьYour image is wrong. 4680 defines the size of the battery. The 4680 gen 3 by definition is the same size as the gen 1 battery. 46 mm diameter and 80 mm height.

ОтветитьI'm not getting my hopes up for any significant improvement. These 'upgrades' are barely upgrades, often sacrificing lifespan for a small capacity increase. Battery technology is so far behind what our needs are. Tesla's Powerwall installations should also be subject to regulations like other generators. A certain distance from the main house. Lithium power banks are dangerous in those concentrations and it's just a matter of time until houses start going up in flames.

Why they did not extended it to 100 x 50 milimeteres ?
So someone got lucky and is able to charge doesn't mean that is able to charge. Doesn't mean its safe or a good thing. Most other reasonable people aren't driving their EV's.
Anyways, stop misleading people that the chargers are doing better. If 99% of people were using EV's then those charging lines would be much longer and gas cars would have no issue.
